Must Have Skills:

• 10+ years of total work experience
• At least 6 years of relevant experience in developing applications in C# .Net
• At least 3 years of experience in leading development teams
• Experience of designing loosely coupled, service oriented systems
• Excellent understanding of object oriented design principles
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Good customer management skills
• Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under serious deadlines
• Should have proven track record of coaching and managing team on requirement analysis, technical design, estimation, communication
• Should be a self-starter and should be able to motivate the team
• Exposure to Angular OR ReactJS would be additional advantage
• Exposure to GraphQL & Kafka would be additional advantage
