The application fully integrates with Kelly Services’ existing data infrastructure to maintain a consistent experience and efficient internal business processes.
Kelly now has a sleek, easy-to-use mobile app inteface that connects job seekers to enterprise clients for employment. Job candidates can easily build a profile, search for jobs and manage the search process via their mobile devices on the go. The app also features the ability to view jobs based on their location and knowledge articles related to job candidates’ fields.
As of May 2017, the company has had more than 66K downloads of the mobile app and is planning additional functionality for it, including improved resume parsing, easier data entry, and instant feedback capabilities.
