Our client is a global staffing leader that enables job seekers and employers to engage on a common platform. Over the last 75+ years, their services portfolio has expanded to include human resource and management consulting, outsourcing, recruitment, career transition, and vendor management. They cater to organizations in the Science, Engineering, Office, Light Industrial, Education verticals and more.
The client’s then-current process was primarily Excel based – requiring the creation of Excel sheets for every new client account which were referred to by multiple stakeholders throughout the project. Defining the Statement of Work and conducting activities related to it required a great deal of documentation creation and transfer.
