Product Analyst Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or any related field
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in product / data analysis
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Analytics, Google Tags Manager, Data studio reports and should have an idea about Pendo
• Basic knowledge about SQL Server, Javascript and Jquery
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Preferred knowledge of logistics domain
• The ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
• Excellent multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent time-management skills

Google Analyst Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Using Google Tags Manager and Google Analytics to track all the events, customer profiles, custom dimensions, funnels & remove dependency on developers for configurations
• Monitor and evaluate product performance based on user engagement and forecasts performance
• Develop an understanding of company products to meet the company's current and future needs.
• Work with different product teams and generates reports and presentations on results findings
• Create centralized reports that gives the product managers / decision makers an easy access to all required stats, empowering them to dive deep into analysis.
• Analyze market data, trends, and changing behaviors to continually improve company products
• Assist the company in achieving short and long-term goals relating to product growth
• Provide assistance with product and rating reviews
