• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

• 4-6 years of total work experience

• Experience in Automobile domain with some exposure to CRM management is desirable. 

• Exposure to automobile sales, inventory, loan, insurance, warranty will be add-on

• Understanding of software application behavior - desktop and web.

• Ability to priorities work based on client impact and input

• Analytical skills to understand, define project requirements, identify milestones and success metrics 

• Development of business process models, business requirements/user stories (functional and non-functional) and product backlogs

• Conversant with Project Lifecycle and approaches , especially Agile

• Interact with the technical team to ensure that the requirements are clear and well understood.

• Build Test Scenarios, scripts to ensure development meets the business requirements

• An energetic, open-minded individual with strong work ethics, a natural problem-solver with advanced communication and interpersonal skills, a positive 'can do' attitude and a passion for analyzing and converting business requirements into deliverables.
