Application Support Engineer

Location: Pune
Looking for L1/L2 support professions with below criteria
- 3-10 years of experience- Minimum 2 year experience in the application/functional support
- Should have good understanding of the software development lifecycle
- Should have experience of developing very strong functional understanding of
the product, understanding its high-level architecture & open issues
- Should be able to troubleshoot the issues reported by end users and provide the work arounds if applicable
- Exposure to 3PL domain is preferred
- Willingness to work in 24*7 shifts
- Some exposure of performing QA for the web based applications would be added advantage
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)
- Should possess time management skills and should be able to work under
stringent deadlines
- Should be a self-starter and should be able to motivate the team
- Experience in application monitoring
- Experience in any tickting tool
